A humanoid today works at roughly a third to a half of the pace of a trained operator. That rules out most of a production line and makes the choice of first task the decisive one. Three areas meet the conditions.

Every pass documented — what was done, where, to what tolerance. The recordings stay inside your network and the resulting data stays yours.

Modular production
Our people have designed, engineered and run modular construction on both sides of the Atlantic: European and American production lines, and the differences in code, tolerance and labour that separate them.
Vendor neutral
We are not a reseller for one manufacturer. The task software is built on an open stack with a thin adapter per platform, so the work you pay for survives a change of hardware.
The unglamorous part
CE marking and importer obligations, safety around people who are not expecting a machine, cybersecurity, and where the training data is stored. These decide whether a deployment happens.

Readiness scan
Two days in the factory, resulting in a ranked shortlist of tasks a humanoid could realistically take over, an estimate of what a cell would cost, and what it would save. Where no task qualifies yet, the report says so.

Pilot
One task, one station, three months. Cycle times measured against the manual baseline, cost per unit, and criteria for continuing or stopping agreed in advance.

Robots on subscription
A proven cell on a monthly contract covering hardware, task software, updates and maintenance.
