Privacy statement
Short version: this website does not track you. We only process the details you send us by email, to answer you.
Who is responsible

What we process, and why
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name and anything else you put in your message. We use these only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Technical data
The web server keeps only error logs, which may contain IP addresses, and rotates them automatically after a short period. We do not use the logs to identify or profile visitors.
What we do not do
- No analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no cookies.
- No external fonts, scripts or embedded content. Everything on this site is served from our own server.
Who receives your data
Email is delivered to our business mailbox at our email hosting provider, acting as our processor. Our website runs on a server in the EU. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship or a legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, a copy in a portable format. Email info@nilesk.com. We respond within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We update this statement if our processing changes. Last updated: September 2026.
